We do not sell personal information to third-party data brokers.

Urusharta uses Supabase-based backend services for application data management, authentication, and related functionality.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures intended to protect information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.

However, no internet-based service or electronic storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorised account access.

6. Property Information and Public Listings

Information submitted for public property listings may be visible to other users of the platform.

Users should avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in property descriptions, photographs, or publicly visible fields.

Users are responsible for ensuring that submitted property information is accurate and that they are authorised to publish it.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Urusharta, maintain user accounts, provide requested services, meet legitimate operational requirements, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Where deletion is requested, eligible personal information will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with our deletion procedures.
